This project is a premier beach resort located on a picturesque, hilltop site in Sual, Pangasinan, spanning over 1 hectare. The resort’s main building, positioned at an elevated level to capture expansive seaside views and the natural beauty of the surroundings, is a thoughtfully designed 2-story structure featuring 11 exclusive resort units. Additionally, it includes a separate 2-story client vacation house, embodying a luxurious yet relaxed lifestyle.

The design incorporates lower-level cabanas adjacent to the main structure, providing a multi-level effect that seamlessly integrates with the hillside, supporting the slope and enhancing the visual impact. Every detail has been carefully conceptualized to reflect the client’s personal lifestyle, inspired by their experiences living in the United States. This resort harmoniously blends comfort, style, and the natural beauty of its environment for an exceptional coastal retreat experience.
